I can't see the item I'm looking for?
If you cannot find the exact item you are looking for, please use the "Contact Us" feature and we will try to help you.
An item says "coming soon", how do I know when it's available?
If an item says "Coming Soon," you can enter your email address on the product page. If the product is available, an email will be sent to you when the item is available. You can contact us using the "Contact Us" function and we will be able to provide you with an approximate availability date.
Do I need to create an account to purchase from the website?
An account is not required to purchase from us. However, registering an account with us makes it easier to order from us again in the future as we manage your information safely and securely.
Are your toys safe?
All our toys are tested according to the European safety standard (EN parts 1, 2 and 3).
